Discipleship Training consists of developing men and women to become mature disciples in making disciples through various growth tracks. Each growth track will have specific training courses based on books of the bible, theology, and ministry applications. Each growth track will have specific training settings from classroom to cohort. We believe the future of theological education is in the church. You do not have to go outside the church to learn how to lead within the church. We believe it is the responsibility of the local church to train and equip next generation of Christ-centered leaders. There are three growth tracks: (1) – Core Classes, (2) – Training Program, (3) – Residency Program.

Core Classes

Core Classes are an introductory discipleship pathway that helps believers take the next step in their spiritual growth. There are three areas of focus, the bible, theology, and spiritual formation. The goal is that after completing these core classes that believers would be more confident about their Christian faith, internalizing it and applying it to their everyday life.

Training Program

The training program is the next step up from core classes and desires to create disciples who do not just know theology, but who also lead within the life of the local church. There are three areas of focus: gospel, church, and discipleship. The goal is that after completing the training program, believers will have a better understanding of the gospel and its implications in the life of the church, be equipped to effectively make disciples, and lead within the church.
