What is eXemplify?
eXemplify is a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where middle and high school students can make friends and truly wrestle with God’s word. That is, our students don’t just hear a message, they interact with it by learning how to study the Scriptures and make key observations and interpretations of the text. We further teach our students how to take the Biblical lessons they’ve learned and eXemplify it in their lives (1Timothy 4:12) by utilizing the power of prayer, pointing them to relevant real-world examples, and providing ministry service opportunities!
What does a night at eXemplify look like?
We like to start each evening by letting loose and doing a Biblically themed 15-minute ice breaker and/or singing worship songs together. Afterwards, we’ll cover any announcements for upcoming activities before diving into our interactive Gospel Project lesson. Lastly, we seek God for His provision and lift one another up by breaking into male and female prayer groups. To also ensure we practice what we teach, we utilize one session a month to meet in the main church to help pack food for families in need through our Forest Park food pantry!
When & Where does eXemplify Meet?
We meet in our own specially designed building behind the church on Wednesday evenings from 7-8:30PM from the beginning of September until the end of May. For more information, contact us at office@fp.church!
